Frequently asked Questions

Q:  I have finished the final exam and the website says I passed with a 68% but it does not show completed in my reports, how do I get it to show completed?

A:  The courses may show that you have passed a course with 65% but the State of Maryland requires that you pass with a 70% or more.  So even though the course is set up to pass you at less than 70% the Maryland requirement supersedes the courses rule.

Q:  I started a course but now I need to leave, will I lose my progress?

A:  No, you may leave and come back to the course as often as you need to up to 1 year without losing your progress.  However, once you start the exam you cannot leave and come back because it will time out and send you back to the beginning.

Q:  I just finished the final exam and I did NOT pass with a 70% or more.  Do I have to pay for the course again in order to take the final exam again?

A:  No, you may take the exam until you pass it without having to repay.

Q:  Once I pass the course with a 70% or better how do I receive my Certificate?

A:  Complete the student Affidavit Sheet and mail in the notarized original to our office.  Once we receive the notarized affidavit we will email you the certificate within 1-2 business days.

Q:  I have a DC Real Estate License will these courses count towards my credits?

A:  No, our courses are approved for Maryland only and DC does not recognize online CEUs.

Q:  What are the Mandatory Credits that go along with my 15 hours to satisfy Maryland requirements?

A:  In Maryland you need 3 Hours of Legislative Update (A), 1.5 Hours of Fair Housing (C), and 3 Hours of Code of Ethics and Predatory Lending (D) plus electives to fulfill the 15 hour requirement.

Q:  What is the refund policy for online courses?

A:  No refunds will be given for online courses.
